We are expanding our operations and seeking to grow our team. We have an opening for a Help Desk Technician to assist with our Professional Services team. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Tech who delivers top-level customer support and enjoys helping people
  • Work on tickets from the board sorting by priority 
  • Provide a great customer experience
  • Manage expectations by communicating with the client all relevant information
  • Respond to incidents in a timely manner
  • Resolve incidents efficiently
  • Provide all the relevant information for tickets sent to the Support Team
  • Help with information relevant to creating documentation
  • Detect patterns that indicate wider and bigger issues


Skill Requirements:

  • This is an entry-level position, however, we do require at least 1 year of Windows Desktop Support experience 
  • One of the following certifications:
    • CompTIA Security+
    • CompTIA Network+
    • Microsoft Modern Desktop
    • Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assist and help the MAC Team to grow their knowledge - continuously updating documentation for the clients while working on tickets
  • Keen attention to detail, the memory of patterns, and interest in problem-solving
  • Consistently demonstrate the My IT Crew Core Values and meet standard metrics


About this job:

  • This position will work 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
  • If the candidate is in the Santiago or Santo Domingo Dominican Republic region, then this will be an in office position.
  • If the candidate is in the Johannesburg, South Africa region, then this will be an in office position.
  • For all other non-USA-based candidate, this will be a work-from-home position. 
  • We are a BYOD company for all non-USA-based employees.
