Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist II, under direction of a qualified physician, radiologist, director, and coordinator performs diagnostic MRI procedures by producing, assessing, and evaluating images and related data that are used by physicians to render medical diagnosis of diseases and injuries. The incumbent participates in other hospital committees and teams, as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited technologist program
• Experience: One (1) year of experience as a MRI Technologist
• Certification(s):
  
  • Current American Registry of Radiological Technologist (A.R.R.T.) registration at time of appointment and for continued employment.
  • Current Magnetic Resonance Imaging Certification at time of appointment and for continued employment.

Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
