MRI Technologist

Sigma Healthcare staffing is currently looking for an experienced MRI Tech to work onsite for our contracted facility.
Shift:Varied
Job Responsibilities:
Must be capable of working independently and work well with team members.
Must be able to perform timely, quality MRI exams.
Must be able to interact positively with multiple patient populations and their families while assist in calming anxious patients during procedures
Perform other duties assigned and help in other areas as needed.
Possible on call and holidays required.
Job Qualifications:
   Education:  Completion of approved course of study for radiologic technology and current     ARRT certification & BLS certification.  Advanced MRI registry must be completed within 2 years of  hire into MRI Department. 
 
 Experience:  Theoretical instruction combined with clinical experience.  Satisfactory references from previous employer or school of x?ray.  MRI experience preferred
