Join our team as an MRI Technologist Lead within our Radiology department at Scripps Green Hospital. The ideal candidate is confident in their experience and will leverage their skillset to support a diverse range of cases. The MRI Tech Lead is responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in Quality Control and Performance Improvement activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.

This position is full-time (80 hours per pay period) 8 hour varied shifts including call, weekends, holidays and is located at Scripps Green Hospital.

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

           Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago

In order to remain eligible for your Retention Incentive the following criteria must be met:

           Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)

           Must remain in original department/specialty

           Must remain in original Job Title

Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter

Required Qualifications:

• CRT
• Venipuncture class completion. The certificate must be provided at application; 10 sticks must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
• Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• ARRT 
• Working knowledge of patient focused care delivery
