Job Title: Senior Java Support Analyst
Job Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
Roles/Responsibilities (Day-to-Day candidate's responsibilities)
• 7+ years of experience with good knowledge on handling Application support
• Preferably have experience in working on Asset and Wealth management applications or on Banking applications.
• Should be familiar with ITIL process.
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Should be familiar with providing L2 support of Java applications.
• Should have good technical knowledge of Core Java, SQL, JDBC, SpringBoot.
• Perform both Proactive and Reactive monitoring and resolve Risks and Issues.
• Build and maintain KEDB.
• Should be able to identify the root cause of the issue and apply the resolutions effectively.
• Should be able to guide the other team members.
• Identify the opportunities for automation, permanent fix based on the incident metrics.
• Should be experienced in resolving incidents within SLA.
• Participate in the KT, Shadowing & Reverse shadowing, and document the actions taken, Resolution & next steps.
Must have skillset:
• Java, SpringBoot, Microservices
• Experienced in L2 and L3 Application Support of Java applications.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Splunk
• Experienced triaging high priority incidents within SLA
• Experienced in Knowledge Management
• Experienced in identifying and implementing automation opportunities.

Salary and Other Compensation : The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
