Moving and Packing Job Coordinator

FRSTeam by Gunderson is seeking a service-focused, friendly professional to join our team as a Job Coordinator. As a Job Coordinator you will be the face of FRSTeam in the field after a fire, flood, or other loss; driving a company vehicle to the home and Packing out items to be restored. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate. We seek an individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well with change. Job Coordinators must be able to multi-task and show great attention to detail.

General Job Duties:

· Coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors

· Packing, carrying, inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire and mold incidents

· Remove affected textile items (clothing, area rugs and window coverings), electronics (computers, televisions, appliances) and hard contents (furniture, dishes, etc) from homes either alone (smaller jobs) or as part of a team

· Packing and moving duties can include up to full house pack outs

· Utilize phone based apps to update others and communicate task completion

· Additional reasonable duties as assigned Required Experience:

· Strong customer service background

· Professional communication skills

· Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily

· Full-time Monday – Friday, overtime may be available, infrequent on-call weekends (with on-call pay) and infrequent weekend work. Summer hours Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30.

Applicant must pass background check and have clean driving record (must be able to drive company vans and trucks – no CDL required).

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
