About the Role 

As a Motion Graphics designer at Flowcode, you will work with our exceptional design team - a group that sits at the core of our business and is a driving force and differentiator for our products in the market. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating animations that surprise and delight our customers, effectively capturing viewers' attention within a few seconds. With a focus on developing new and exciting video templates for TV ads for clients, including multiple premier brands and Fortune 500 companies, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of design innovation for QR code animation and code placement on TV.

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential, and leveraging your skills to create visually compelling animations is a key aspect. Experience with 3D animation software like Cinema 4D or Maya is advantageous. A robust portfolio demonstrating Motion Graphics design and animation skills is required, along with a basic understanding of the rendering process and video specifications.

You'll closely collaborate with the product and engineering teams to prepare files for handoff, broadening your skill set and experience in the technology sector. As a team member, you'll contribute to our platform's library of templates, driving innovation, and reinforcing our status as a market leader in the QR industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop captivating and dynamic Motion Graphics and animations for various digital platforms, focusing on creating engaging video templates for TV advertisements, catering to prestigious clients including Fortune 500 companies.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualize and produce visually compelling animations, such as QR code animation and TV code placement, ensuring compliance with TV standard asset requirements.
• Utilize expertise in Adobe After Effects to craft high-quality Motion Graphics, while any proficiency in 3D animation software like Cinema 4D or Maya will be considered advantageous.
• Contribute to our library of templates on our platform, fostering innovation and reinforcing our position as a market leader in the QR industry.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering top-tier Motion Graphics solutions within project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Comprehensive understanding of the rendering process and video specs.
• A strong portfolio showcasing Motion Graphics design and animation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the design team and cross functionally
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with 3D animation software like Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement in Motion Graphics design.

A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
