ROLE OVERVIEW
Marketing Architects Is a leading creative agency specializing in television commercial production, with a track record of creating memorable and Impactful advertisements for a diverse range of clients.  We seek a talented Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in television commercial production, animation, and editing to join our dynamic team in a contract-for-hire role.  If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to work on exciting and high-profile projects, we want to hear from you.  You will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of television commercials, working closely with our creative team to bring client visions to life.
Your responsibilities will include:

• You will work with creative directors, producers, and editors to create and deliver animated graphics with excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• You will work collaboratively with the creative team and editorial partners to develop concepts and Motion Graphics for television commercials and social media videos.
• You must be an experienced problem solver with the ability to understand editorial storytelling and to translate conceptual ideas into creative solutions
• Understand the client's message and target audience, translating It Into visually stunning and effective designs.
• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines and ensure that designs align with client branding.
• You must be self-motivated, possess a positive attitude, have strong interpersonal skills, and will actively contribute to a creative, inclusive workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-10 years of experience in graphic design and animation for television commercials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design and animation skills, using the Adobe suite and 3D software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flawless organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A passion for staying current with design and animation trends and technologies.
