The Opportunity: As Flip continues to grow, we are seeking a Motion Designer to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who believes in the power of design to connect and inspire. Our Motion Designer will play a critical role in defining and expressing Flip's brand across various platforms, creating dynamic visuals that capture the essence of our community and the joy of shopping.
Remote though LA based is preferred
What You'll Do:
- Craft compelling motion graphics and animations that bring the Flip brand to life, from brand and ad campaigns to in-app features.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary creative team to translate brand objectives and strategies into powerful visual narratives.
- Evolve and refine motion design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Take ownership of motion design projects from concept through completion, including ideation, storyboarding, animation, and final delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Flip brand strategy and identity.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in motion design and incorporate new techniques and technologies to continually elevate Flip's brand presence.
We're Looking For Someone With:
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of digital motion design, including 2D animation, graphic design, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in the latest design and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with 3D animation software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and collaborating effectively across different teams.
