Mother Baby Unit (Mbu) - Registered Nurse

Unit Details: Mother Baby Unit – MBU 

• Will work both Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Post-partum 

• Approximately 1,000 deliveries per year 

• Follow AWHONN Staffing Standards 

• Rooming in with Baby 

• Some procedures may be completed in the Well Baby Nursery 

Shift Details/Openings: 

• Night Shift, 7p-7:30a 

• Day Shift, 7a-7:30p 

• 36 hours/week, full-time 

• Every other weekend required 

Pay Details: 

• Base Range, $36.64 - $68.37 

• Sign-on bonus ($7,500-$15,000), based on experience 

• Differential accrued as soon as evening shift starts 

• Evening, night, weekend, standby differential

• Relocation of up to $5,000, depending on current location

Ideal Candidates will Have: 

• WA state RN License 

• ASN 

• New Grads Considered (2+ years of Mother/Baby preferred) 

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM (S.T.A.B.L.E, RN-C preferred)
