Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. Thousands of companies use Bevi to sustainably provide their employees with pure, sparkling, and flavored water at work. As the market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, we've raised over $160M in venture capital and have grown tremendously each year since launch. In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

We are looking for a passionate, go-getter and mission-aligned Experiential Marketing Specialist to join our Experiential Marketing team, which supports customer-facing events, product placements, and our newly launched Bevi Rental Program.  This role will work cross-functionally both with external vendors, and internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product.  This role is based out of our Boston (Charlestown) office, and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Experiential Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive our "Rent a Bevi for your event" program (25 rentals a year)
    • Build pipeline by working closely with our internal demand generation team and by building relationships with decision makers and driving repeat customers.
    • Follow up with inbound rental opportunities, quoting pricing, gathering details, and sending out contracts and documenting interactions in our CRM tool, Salesforce.
    • Take the program to the next level with new ideas and new offerings
  • Grow our "Bevi Everywhere" program by sourcing and managing product placement partnerships nationally.
    • Source new opportunities through referrals, outbounding and building relationships with key targets.
    • Track and analyze KPIs related to machine usage and brand. 
  • Event Management
    • Measure and communicate ROI and KPIs for programs and optimize accordingly.
    • Work with vendors to coordinate trade show booths and other customer-facing events.
    • Coordinate all aspects of the booth set-up including packing, shipping, set-up, de-installing and tracking assets.
    • Train on technical service of Bevi machines and assist technicians with installing/decommissioning machines and swapping flavors
    • Some high level technical skills required such as installing/decommissioning the Bevi machines and swapping flavors.
    • Get the most "bang for our buck" out of events by driving business at events, while spending efficiently
    • Top Notch organizational skills that will result in beautifully packed boxes that arrive in time for events.
    • Create and pilot new programs such as hydration tours, ABM centric and partner events.
  • Support our sales team on pop up events for customers and partners as needed.
    • Ship collateral, swag.
    • Provide Bevi machine demos and materials where necessary.
    • Work closely with the field and logistics team to provide the right event materials (ex. Bevi machine, flavor bibs, filter, Co2, signage, collateral, swag)
    • Report back on post-event KPIs and track through campaigns in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or a related field
  • 2+ years in event marketing or project management role
  • Be proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets) or equivalent for tracking and project management (We also use Asana, Looker, Hubspot)
  • Salesforce knowledge or similar CRM tool a plus
  • Creative mindset, willingness to pilot new ideas and adapt strategy as needed.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and requests
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables and tactics are achieved before, during and after each event
  • Have experience with event planning, marketing, or program coordination
  • Be willing to go-with-the-flow from packing pallets, placing orders, to pitching our product.  Scrappy, but polished! 
  • This role is based in Charlestown, MA and requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
  • Travel to events (approx 20-30%)
