Job Summary:

The mortgage loan underwriter carries a lot of responsibility and must have excellent decision making and communication skills. The Mortgage Loan Underwriter will decision the loan after careful review of the facts, figures, and guidelines. An employee in this position will be able to review conventional loan products as well as FHA and VA.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ year’s experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
• Must have active DE and VA automatic
• Must have working knowledge or the ability to learn all operating systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent organization and time management skills, including the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
