Job Description
Perform the full range of routine to complex administrative and technical duties involved in Mortgage Loan processing, and evaluation of application materials of First-time Homebuyer programs to eligible homebuyer applicants.
Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and underwriters to help further loan approval.
Review and verify loan applications for complete accuracy and to ensure all necessary information and documentation is provided.
Update loan documentation in our systems on a regular basis to ensure we have detailed records of the entire loan process.
Communicate with loan officers to gather missing information and documents as needed; follow up on suspended loan files to obtain documentation to satisfy conditions within required timeframes.
May prepare loan documents to send to title/escrow companies
Manage loan closing and funding process with Settlement Agents.
Provide administrative support such as screening and making calls, booking appointments, etc.
Respond to all customer service-related needs via phone or email.
