The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and an efficient multi-tasker who is great with people and has a positive attitude.
TOP 3 DUTIES
- Communicates with team and all parties to the transaction-all information pertaining to client and/or property to meet file expectations.
- Submits Mortgage Loan application files for underwriting approval
- Collect/Clear all Loan Conditions
Responsibilities include:
- Complete loan Tracker(s) with each milestone everyday
- Follow processor checklist completely and thoroughly
- With new loan files facilitate the introduction to Realtors and all borrowers via e-mail and phone call-introducing yourself as the point of contact from contract to close.
- Reviews residential loan application file to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.
- Verifies, compiles, and analyze information for Mortgage Loans
- Submits Mortgage Loan application files for underwriting approval using lender automated underwriting systems and DU/LP or other means (as applicable).
- Communicate with credit vendor and employers to verify accuracy of information.
- Calls specified companies to obtain property title abstract, survey, and appraisal
- Communicates loan approval by sending conditional commitment approval notifications to all parties involved in transaction.
- Call and obtain conditions from borrowers and Realtors.
- Submit request for CTC Mortgage Loan file to Mortgage Loan Closer for settlement.
- Sends out correspondence Coordinate Closing details with Client – Review Cash to Close
- Identifies loans that may not meet underwriting standards and communicates potential for decline status.
- Ability to assist my loan officers with restructuring of loans while maintaining all compliance requirements and upholding the guidelines
- Manages pipeline in collaboration with Loan Officers to coordinate loan priority while holding service level
- Consistently exceed borrower expectations and Realtor/Builder expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
