We are looking to recruit a select number of experienced Loan Originators, who hold a valid Illinois and/or Florida NMLS Loan Originator's license and who will fit well into our corporate culture.

- Responsibilities: - Generate Mortgage Loan applications and gather necessary documentation from borrowers - Evaluate borrower's financial information, credit history, and property value to determine loan eligibility - Collaborate with loan processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications - Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and lending guidelines, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process - Maintain knowledge of current mortgage products, rates, and industry trends - Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources - Meet or exceed sales goals and production targets.
