Who We Are Not

  • We will not hire an active/licensed real estate agent as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
  • We do not believe in MSA's
  • We are not a P&L model. We do not promise 275 Bsp and then make you as the MLO pay for nearly everything you need to function. (On average MLO's produce less on this model, make less than our offering and have a harder time selling the rates and pass through fee's typically associated with this model).


Skills and Requirements

  • 1 year Mortgage Loan office experience with proven production in last 12, 6, and 3 months required.
  • Current registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
  • Must be available and on call for clients after hours and weekends.
  • On average, the candidate should have closed 3MM in purchase production in the most recent 12 months or 1.5MM in the last 6 months. (Or equivalent units- This is roughly 1 loan per month).
  • Must maintain annual production of 2.5MM once onboarded. Grace period will be given in the first six months.


Compensation

  • 90 Bsp for your first 4MM in self sourced production for the calendar year.
  • 160 Bsp for self sourced production over 4MM in any calendar year.
  • 10 Bsp annual bonus on all self sourced production if you successfully fund 5MM in the calendar year. (Must be an active employee at the time of payout and have maintained an average of 500k in fundings in the last two months of the year).
  • 50 Bsp LOA fee on all house accounts.
    • All Borrower Paid fundings at time of loan submission are to be closed in broker name and you will work and be paid as LOA on these files.
    • All company provided loans and leads are house accounts and to be closed in broker name. You will be paid as LOA on these files.
  • 50 Bsp payout on HELOC and HE-LOANS
  • $10,200 max compensation.
  • All MLO's are 100% commission and paid w2.
  • Payroll is direct deposit and run daily.
  • 401k with company match- Fully Vested from day one
  • Health insurance, Dental/Vision available after three months. (No company contribution to health insurance is available for sales at this time).

  • Regular support/reviews with top producing MLO to hold you accountable

  • Planned Daily activity list to help grow your production

  • Monthly Open House Raffles for Flatscreen TV
  • HR Admin through third party
  • Over 20 lenders to work with and signing up more regularly
  • Annual AML training paid for by company


Solutions

  • Traditional Programs: Conventional down to 620, VA to 550, FHA 550, USDA 580, JUMBO,

    Renovation: 203k and Homestyle per AUS. (Govt solutions with no overlays)

  • NON-QM: Bank stmt, 1099, Investor DSCR, No Ratio investment and primary, Fix & Flip, Multi Family Commercial up to 8 units DSCR (Apartments), Foreign National, JUMBO, HELOC/HE-LOAN, Recent Credit Event. (We do not broker land, Construction to Perm, and/or true single use Commercial (Except up to 8 Unit residential space DSCR).
