Mortgage Loan Originator

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Agent with a keen interest in expanding their expertise into the mortgage lending industry. In this dual role, you will leverage your existing real estate knowledge and network to originate Mortgage Loans, enhancing your business opportunities and providing comprehensive services to clients.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining Mortgage Loans and guiding them through the loan application process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, financial services, and customer service.

Duties:
- Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently

- Submit completed loan applications to underwriting for approval

- Answer homebuyer questions about loan programs.

- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and provide guidance on loan options
- Collect and review financial documents from clients to determine their eligibility for a Mortgage Loan
- Communicate with clients throughout the loan process to provide updates and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in mortgage lending practices

Qualifications:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and determine loan eligibility
- Familiarity with Mortgage Loan software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
