SalaryOur company is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Mortgage Loan process, including loan origination, underwriting, and closing. They will also be able to effectively communicate with clients and partners to ensure that all parties are informed throughout the process. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial information and credit reports to determine loan eligibility.
- Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
- Develop relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
- Negotiate loan terms with borrowers.
- Provide advice on loan products and services.
- Assist borrowers in completing loan applications.
- Prepare loan documents for closing.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $175,507.00 - $209,960.00 per year
