Responsibilities:
- engage with prospective homebuyers and assist them in the mortgage process
- Evaluate and analyze financial information to determine the feasibility of loan applications and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Collaborate with real estate agents, builders and other partners to generate leads and foster strong business relationships
- Educate clients on various mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to help them make informed decisions
- Prepare and submit accurate loan documents ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Stay up to date on market trends , industry regulations, and changes in mortgage products to better serve clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan officer
- in depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients
- excellent problem solving abilities to address complext scenarios and suitable solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must be NMLS licensed
