Duties:

- Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants
- Review financial documents, such as income statements and bank statements, to verify applicant's financial status
- Analyze loan options and recommend the most suitable loan products to clients
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely processing and approval of loans
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their loan applications
- Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry
