SalaryUS Mortgage Connection LLC is looking for Residential Loan Officers to sell a variety of home loan types to customers across the United States. We provide warm leads through Lending Tree for you to work with to close more loans and gain more relationships with borrowers and real estate agents across the country. We partner with several different investors and underwriters to process and close loans. This is a 100% commission paid position. Earn 1.00% to 1.25% commission per closed and funded loan. This is a remote work opportunity with other benefits including health insurance, dental and vision insurance and 401K.
Responsibilities
- Consistently manage and work company-provided leads
- Interview potential borrowers and take complete loan applications
- Discuss loan terms and work to provide the best loan solution for the applicant
- Analyze potential borrower financial and credit information for loan qualification
- Obtain proper documentation in a timely manner to provide complete loan packages for investors
- Work with underwriters to ensure final loan approval and funding completion
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Loan Officer for a minimum of 2 years
- Familiar with VA, FHA, Conventional, USDA, and HELOC loans
- Already registered with NMLS with at least one approved state license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a strong understanding of the process for completing purchase and refinance loans.
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $315,000.00 per year
