Mortgage Loan Officer
The Mortgage Loan Officer will initiate the Mortgage Loan process for potential clients, preparing, analyzing, and verifying Mortgage Loan applications for purchase or refinance.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Originate new home loans.
- Convert internet responses into customers and maintain long term relationships with borrowers.
- Rapid response to HOT leads
- Contact, consult, analyze credit and financials.
- Structure and price loan to serve the borrower providing a net tangible benefit.
- Analyze credit report, lock loans, request documents, set expectations and handoff to processing team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- NMLS; licensing required.
- 2-2 years Mortgage Loan Officer experience
- CRM and home loan expert
