We provide weekly product and sales training for all employees.
$94,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
- Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
- Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
- Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
- Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
- Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
- 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
- Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Encompass, Calyx, or Byte preferred
