We have a Mortgage Loan Officer position open! As a Mortgage Loan Officer you will work with CCFBank customers to build relationships and produce high quality loans that meet CCFBank's standards. Who's right for the job?
A sales person. Someone who is goal driven. Someone who is outgoing and can adapt to constantly changing environments. Someone who will put our customers at the center of everything they do.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge in all lending activities and terminology.
- Knowledge in financial statement and tax return analysis.
- Construction, real estate, and consumer Mortgage Loan origination, underwriting, documentation and processing.
- Three (3) years of directly related full time experience in the mortgage industry (FHA, VA, conventional, etc.).
- Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry (accounting, lending, finance)
Additional Requirements:
- Registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry as a Mortgage Loan originator in accordance with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (the "SAFE Act") or have the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to travel to various branch locations.
