Job purpose

The Mortgage Licensing Specialist at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage helps support our Licensing team by completing a variety of data entry and administrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:

• User reports form the NMLS system to track license renewal activity
• Assist Loan Originators with use of NMLS System to renew Licenses
• Assist Licensing Manager with license renewal and other licensing related tasks
• Process incoming Licensing Department mail
• Data entry into several system
• Hybrid schedule, with at least 1 day in office required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required, College preferred
• 1-3 years licensing experience required
• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Highly Self-Motivated and proactive
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
