- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, and toppings.
- Ensure that all baked goods are properly packaged and labeled for display or sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing food.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs and answering any questions they may have.

- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and cake decorating is required.
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
