Morning Housekeeper

General Description:

This position is specifically for an overnight housekeeper whose main focus will be cleaning and maintaining the Main Lodge, but responsibilities can include the upkeep of guest rooms both before and after guest stays. Main House activity will be prioritized in early hours during minimal guest activity, shifts structured from 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Essential Duties:

Main House

-General cleaning and organization of all rooms in the Main Lodge common areas, dining rooms rest rooms, furniture, fireplaces, walls, windows, porches, and veranda

-Reporting maintenance needs

When/if House duty is finished there will be activity available as a general guest room attendant

-Performing a deep clean of guest rooms between visits

-Performing make-ups of guest rooms during a guest multi-night visit

-Meeting guest requests for extra items such as pillows or towels

-Demonstrates responsibility by timely arrival for shifts and performing duties efficiently

-Supports the well being of coworkers and strives to make their work easier rather than being a burden

-Has an eye for detail and passion for providing a clean, organized environment

Physical Requirements:

-Is able to be on feet for an entire shift

-Is able to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour based on experience and references

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maryville, TN 37803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift duty, 3:00 am – 11:00 am
