Position: Month End Clerk

Job Description:

We are a Medical Billing Office located in Ravenna, Ohio. Currently we are searching for a Month End Clerk. This person is responsible for reviewing the data from the reports submitted for completeness and accuracy in order to prepare the reports for invoicing.

Essential Functions:

• Must have excellent Communication skills
• Strong Problem solving skills
• Must be dependable and accountable
• Must be able to produce good quality work.
• Must be able to work alone.
• Must be willing to do repetitive office work.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) years with a stable work history.
• Medical Office background is a plus
• Must be able to adapt and learn new software.
• Must possess good time management skills; be organized and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to keep information confidential
• Strong attention to detail is needed.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team as appropriate for specific tasks.
