As part of the Endeavor Schools Family, Mission Montessori is seeking a dedicated and experienced Montessori Education Coordinator to facilitate the implementation of the Montessori pedagogy in a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and intellectual growth and development.
The primary objectives of the Montessori Education Coordinator are to inspire positive community interactions, ensure quality care and education of all children, and foster and develop the educational environments and staff. While we seek to exemplify essential Montessori practices, we understand that schools and teachers are at different places in their development. We start from their strengths and move alongside them on their paths to development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Developing classroom curriculum, to include the creation of individualized curriculum based on classroom developmental levels.
- Observation and coaching of existing staff.
- Training and mentoring of new staff.
- Ensuring successful licensing and accreditation outcomes.
- Maintaining and building relationships with parents/families.
- Collaborating with the School Leadership team.
Salary Range: 90,000 to 110,000 annually

Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- AMI or AMS Montessori trained and certified required.
- Five or more years in an Early Childhood Montessori school environment.
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
- School leadership experience preferred.
