About the Project

Through the Private Sector Engagement Modernization Contract (PSEMC), Dexis supports the U.S. Agency for International Development's (USAID's) PSE Hub to expand and deepen collaboration with the private sector to achieve greater development outcomes. The PSE Hub's mission is to create the institutional conditions, operating infrastructure, and capacity necessary to expand engagement with the private sector in the United States and partner countries. The PSE Hub works to transform and modernize how USAID does development by institutionalizing USAID's PSE policy and delivering capacity- and systems-building support for PSE across all sectors, operating units, and countries where USAID operates.

About the Position

The PSE Hub works to transform and modernize how USAID does development by institutionalizing USAID's PSE policy and delivering capacity- and systems-building support for PSE across all sectors, operating units, and countries where USAID operates. PSEMC provides technical assistance and capacity building to USAID Missions, Bureaus, and Independent Offices in support of PSE.

Supply Chain Integrity and Freedom (SCIF), an initiative in the Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation's (DDI's) Front Office, connects private businesses with U.S. and Allied government agencies to advance American and allied prosperity and security in critical supply chains, and advance economic growth in partner countries.

About the Position

Dexis is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee SCIF M&E activities, including program activity tracking, performance monitoring, and Evaluation of SCIF against its goals and objectives.

The M&E Specialist is responsible for establishing and executing SCIF M&E activities, bringing an entrepreneurial lens to the activities, working in collaboration with a team to build and conduct M&E activities, and conducting and coordinating initiative evaluation activities. This role demands a person with strong entrepreneurial competencies and combination of program management, analysis, and performance Monitoring and Evaluation skills to ensure SCIF goals and objectives are effectively and efficiently achieved.

Successful SCIF team members work collaboratively, seek opportunities, demonstrate persistence, are risk-takers, set goals and see them through, systematically plan, and work with minimal direction and oversight.

This is a full-time telework-eligible position based in Washington, D.C., with an expectation of being in office three days per week. The position is for one (1) year with the possibility of extension.

The anticipated salary range for this position is 105k - 125k dollars

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating programs/projects, with progressively responsible experience in organizations focused on building internal and external relationship/partnerships and/or seeking to finance investment opportunities.
  • In-depth experience in process Monitoring and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working in international development in the public sector is helpful.
  • Experience establishing Monitoring and Evaluation programs, systems, and processes in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Current holder of an active Secret-level security clearance
