Molding Operator (2Nd Shift- $20.22/Hr)

APCOM's facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is a climate-controlled facility that manufactures electric thermostats, pipe nipples, dip tubes, elements, and burner assemblies.  The 2nd Shift Molding Operator will initiate manufacturing operations in accordance with customer requirements and monitor performance to optimize production processes.

Regularly Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday; 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm CST

Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.22/hr ($19.22 base and $1.00 shift differential)

Bonus Opportunity:  $1500

• $500 at 90th day of hire

• $500 at 180th day of hire

• $500 at 365th day of hire

• Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payment

• Complete training and perform operator functions in accordance with required work instructions for the position
• Read, understand, and run the production schedule
• Work with automated machinery and have the ability to perform troubleshooting tasks in order to increase machine up time
• Willing to learn multiple operations and work in different areas

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge
• No previous related work experience required; we will provide training
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (and up to 100 pounds with assistance) and be capable of walking/standing for the entire shift
