Mold Blaster

We are looking for someone to join our 1st Team! As a Mold Blaster, you will clean every mold after each production run to assure the mold is ready for the next runs so that Production may run more consistently. The goal is to keep molds consistent over time.
1st shift hours are 7am-3pm.
PURPOSE:
The Mold Master Blaster will clean every mold after each production run to assure the mold is ready for the next runs so that Production may run more consistently. The goal is to keep molds consistent over time.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Clean and vent molds
QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail Oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Excellent Attendance
• Basic understanding of tooling and injection molding.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience desired

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Heavy work at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The role is carried out on the production floor. The production floor is an industrial manufacturing environment that is, at times, noisy and fast paced with constant movement of heavy equipment. The indoor climate is seasonably warm during summer months, comfortably cool during winter months. Personal protective equipment (PPE) are required for all production floor positions, which may include steel-toed shoes or boots and approved eye protection.
