Welcome to Moe’s! We’re looking for an Assistant Manager/Shift Leader to join us! This position will be a full-time position. As an assistant manager/Shift Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the store ensuring it is running smoothly.

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee restaurant operations
- Responsible for labor and food costs
- Ordering of the weekly truck and other supplies to ensure the restaurant is fully operational.
- Interview, hire, train & coach new employees in all aspects of the job
- Manage Crew members in a manner that maximizes retention and employee engagement.
- Check cash drawer and prepare deposits
- Ensure all health & safety standards are followed
- Handle conflict resolution between staff members & foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of Crew member experience
- ServeSafe certified
- Works well with a team and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay
- $16.50-$19.00 Depending on experience
