Job Summary
We are currently seeking friendly faces to work part-time (~10-20 hours/week) in our top selling master-planned community, The Highlands. This role is responsible for assisting the Sales Counselor by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support, as needed.
Job duties consist of greeting visitors, informing them about the floor plans Caldwell Homes offers, and answering phone and/or email inquiries. Must be outgoing, friendly, and good with people! There is also the possibility of helping other Caldwell Homes departments – specifically Purchasing or Construction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors
- Inform visitors of floor plans, amenities, lifestyle, developer experience, and HOA
- Maintain model appearance
- Distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests
- Make appointments for Sales Consultant and direct potential buyers to spec homes
- Complete guest registration forms & enter into Pipsy
- Perform related administrative duties
- Provide timely responses to questions submitted to Caldwell Homes email address
- Maintain sales & traffic reports and provide data to development team
- Assist with Realtor relation efforts
- Help with community/realtor events, as needed
- Help keep track of inventory, spec homes, closings, etc. in Pipsy
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
- Customer Service and/or sales experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word
