Model Based Systems Engineering (Mbse) Architect

Overview
Seeking a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Architect to join our team in our office in El Segundo, CA.
Secret clearance holders preferred. If not cleared this is a chance to get a government clearance and expand your horizons supporting the US Space Force.
Responsibilities

• Lead working groups to develop MILSATCOM architectures and supporting documentation
• Elicit and capture stakeholder needs in models
• Develop and extend system models using existing requirements, interface documentation, and related design and Systems Engineering documents
• Provide MBSE/Systems Modeling Language (SysML) expertise and related support to the entire Systems Engineering team
• Work collaboratively in a digital engineering environment, integrating data from across Systems Engineering disciplines into a cohesive system model
• Integrate models to modern requirements management, architecture, and Systems Engineering software

Qualifications
Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or a technical related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop system behavior, structure, data, and requirements models employing either Sparx, Cameo, or Rhapsody applications in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of Systems Engineering and integration activities, with special emphasis on space architecture development and communications infrastructures
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Subject matter expertise in SSC program support, especially in MILSATCOM (or other space-Based Systems)
• INCOSE and OCSMP certifications

Required Experience:

• 5 or more years' experience in a Systems Engineering or digital engineering discipline
• 3 or more years' experience in MBSE tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Rational Software Architect)
• 1+ years' experience working with DoDAF, SysML, and MBSE

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years' experience with DoD, in support of Acquisition, JCIDS, or Analysis of Alternatives processes
• Experience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A)
• Experience with Sparx EA
