Eagle Harbor, LLC a Federal Contracting industry leader is looking for a Mobility Operations Specialist to help support the US Coast Guard in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mobility planning and execution subject matter expertise in DOD mobility/distribution systems and methodologies to the USCG in order to support strategic Mobility Operations.
- Maintain access to and ensure competence in the following mobility systems, to include:
- Special Assignment Airlift Missions (SAAM) Request System (SRS)
- Integrated Development Environment/Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC)
- Single Mobility System (SMS)
- Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV) Server
- Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES)
- Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)
- Financial and Air Clearance Transportation
- Maintain certification in ICODES at performance start in order validate, certify and in some cases create load plans in ICODES for all deployable USCG assets and personnel via strategic airlift and/or sea vessels.
- Maintain certification in the multi-modal certification of Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) at performance start in order to enable DOL-45 oversight in assisting unit appointed and certified personnel to successfully deploy and redeploy USCG assets.
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of five years experience supporting Strategic Mobility programs for the US Navy, US Marine Corps or US Coast Guard
- Understand the use of RF identification (RFID) and the process of creating and associating RFID tags to cargo and equipment in order to aid and assist the USCG in registering RFID tags and associating tags to cargo and equipment by means of mobile computing.
- Occasional travel
- Must have working knowledge of the Defense Transportation System, the Defense Transportation Regulation, and other regulations necessary to execute deployments in accordance with DoD standards
- Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, & Visio) skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
