Job Description
- Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, full time is preferred.
- You are paid for travel time between lessons.
- Willing to certify the right candidates in American Red Cross Lifeguarding/CPR.
- We offer paid training, mileage reimbursement and an awesome work environment. Unlike other swim schools, our swim instruction staff is never in the water for more than 1.5 hours.

- Maintain a high level of attention to all members and guests to ensure safety while in and around the pool
- Provide quality swim instruction that adheres to urSwim's curriculum
- Communicate, observe and enforce all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents or emergency situations
- Evaluate and maintain progress of swimmer's instruction
- Be punctual, reliable, courteous and professional
- Always wear appropriate uniform when on duty
- Notify supervisor of any rescues or accidents
- Notify supervisor of missing or defective equipment
