Mobile Medication Technician

Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is looking for a Mobile Medication Technician who is responsible for care of assigned clients under the direct supervision of the Mobile Medication Nursing Staff. Mobile Medication is a community-based program that provides in-home services to individuals who experience difficulty progressing in their mental health recovery due to inconsistent adherence to their medication regime. Nurses and technicians work with individuals and their prescribers to support self-management of their medications.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school education or equivalent
• a minimum of one year experience serving seriously mentally ill adults; candidates with mental health recovery experience strongly preferred.
