Job Overview & Compensation
- Type: Full-time
- Expected Hours: 40 per Week
- Company Hours / Days: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Location: Off-site & On-Site
- Starting Range: $17.50 - $18.00 / hour
- Raises: Yearly/Scheduled

Responsibilities / Duties
- Travel to various medical providers using a personal vehicle.
- Secure clearance with medical providers to access their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for document/images retrieval.
- Transport obtained documents/images back to our office for processing.
- Assist in the Copy Room with tasks such as scanning, copying, document collation, electronic document management, and online portal submissions.
- Engage in courier duties, including document pickup and delivery across different local facilities.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform additional duties within the Copy Room, including but not limited to binding, filing, organizing, and maintaining the physical and electronic archive.
- Support office staff by providing document shredding and disposal services in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Operate and maintain Copy Room equipment, troubleshooting minor issues and liaising with vendors for service and repairs as needed.
- Participate in inventory management for Copy Room supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained for efficient operation.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ownership/operation of a car.
- Highly proficient computer skills with an advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe software for document-related tasks. Ability to learn & navigate various EMR systems.
- Quick & efficient typing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are advantageous.
