Mobile Application Developer
Robert Half is searching for a Mobile Application Developer who will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of cutting-edge mobile applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications that meet the company's clients’ and users’ needs. As a member of the IT team, you'll play an important role in helping the company stay at the top of its game.
This position is a hybrid role based in Duluth, GA - 3 days onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Design, develop and maintain iOS and Android applications.
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions, recommending appropriate technologies to ensure application scalability and performance.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure the app functions correctly.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, bottlenecks, and bugs, optimizing code and improving user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise during the development, testing or deployment of the application.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and remain up-to-date with industry trends to keep applications at the forefront of innovation.
- Contribute to the improvement of the development process and best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of the application’s code and architecture for team members and future reference.
- Use version control systems to manage and track changes to application’s source code.
- Ensure the security of applications, including protecting client and user data, addressing vulnerabilities, implementing security best practices, and complying with all applicable company and industry standards and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong proficiency in Swift (primarily) and Kotlin.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills including ability to produce clear, concise and complete documentation and to communicate effectively through email and other standard business channels; Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to actively listen, verbally communicate complex information and persuade or negotiate.
