Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Answer questions about our products and services and provide guidance on the best solutions to meet customers' needs
• Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a Customer Service or related role preferred
