**Role Overview:**
- Lead a multi-disciplinary mobile health outreach team aiding homeless individuals with mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and program documentation in line with agency and legal standards.
- Manage program budget, billing goals, and maintain essential partnerships with the Department of Mental Health and community organizations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide psychiatric evaluation and assessments as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to documentation standards and quick turnaround.
- Advocate for social justice and participate in strategic community partnerships.
- Oversee client treatment programs and engage in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Position Requirements:**
- LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or registered with intent to be licensed within 6 months of employment.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in crisis service management.
- Strong leadership skills to guide a diverse staff team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- LPS certification (or to be obtained within 6 months of employment).
- Knowledge of community resources and experience in program development.
- Flexibility for on-call duties and occasional evening or weekend work.
- Valid CPR certification, Class C driver's license, TB clearance, and COVID-19 vaccination (with possible exemptions).
