We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services for the School for the Blind in Missouri. This position is for the coming school year and will have tentative hours will be Tuesday and Thursday 8:00AM - 4:00 PM with an unpaid half lunch break, and Wednesday 8:30AM - 11:30AM.
Occupational Therapist Qualification(s):
- Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Missouri
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals.
- Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require occupational therapy.
- Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
