Qualifications:
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working as an OT with individuals facing behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational setting
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team of education professionals
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and genuine dedication to supporting the well-being of students
