MNSURE NAVIGATOR

Community Health Services LLC has immediate openings for Navigators in its MNsure program. The Navigator will provide Minnesotans reliable, up to date information, and assist with enrolling people into the MNsure marketplace, specifically helping clients with MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person and over the phone MNsure application assistance to consumers
• Enter and update data in a client management system
• Provide information and services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner
• Establish and maintain MNsure certification and knowledge of public and private health insurance information
• Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy regarding human service issues.
• Project a non-judgmental attitude towards those requiring assistance.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in English. Bonus if bilingual
• Previous experience with MNSURE NAVIGATOR
• Social services experience a plus

Pay: $22 per application submitted. Training will be paid $22 an hour.

Expected hours: Part-time to begin. Will ramp up as we go. Should turn into full time within a couple of weeks.

Schedule:

• Office in Edina, MN
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
