Position Overview

The MLTC Administrative Coordinator for MLTC/ MAP program operations provides support to the Senior Director of Long-Term Care and the department. The MLTC Administrative Coordinator is
responsible for performing a variety of administrative and project support functions and working with other departments as needed. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Long-Term Care, the MLTC Administrative Coordinator is responsible for performing other duties associated with MLTC/MAP program operations.

Job Description

  • Provides administrative coordination and support, assisting the Senior Director of Long-Term Care.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence and reports for MLTC program operations.
  • Schedules interviews for MLTC candidates.
  • Provides analytical support in regard to MLTC/MAP programs to the Senior Director of Long-Term Care.
  • Receives and sends out all MLTC Department mailings from Care Managers, Enrollment Team, and other teams as needed.
  • Assists the department’s management team with special projects and tasks assigned.
  • Coordinates with Human Resources to handle job openings, backfills and job offerings.
  • Coordinates new staff onboarding with room reservations, equipment ordering, and systems overview.
  • Updates all MLTC/ MAP documentation monthly in the Onboarding Manual for new staff.
  • Prepares, scans, and conducts OnBase file management maintenance and creates manuals to support programs.
  • Assists the CMA team with processing incoming faxes as needed.
  • Assists in the coordination of administrative matters, while exercising confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Submits IT tickets for department staff including monthly mailings and assessment packets.
  • Prepares fair hearing packets for the Regulatory team.
  • Assists/creates documents and presentations for the department management team

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Degree or equivalency required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of Managed Care experience required.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
