A s a Data Analytics Lead, in the ML Intelligence Analytics organization, you will utilize Data Analytics and programming skills to assist and contribute in optimizing Chase's machine learning products in business operations, while learning and contributing in the field of data science.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform big-data analysis with limited guidance in both Hadoop/AWS/Azure, and on-premises environments
- Work hand in hand with senior team members to investigate and explain key performance drivers and business impacts and partner with cross-functional teams to consolidate business assumptions with production data to validate test hypotheses and identify production flaws
- Present results to peers, leadership team and business partners in a story like.
- Proactively investigate issues and problems in both model building and production phases and document KPI, PoC, workflow, and data sources in clear and concise way
- Write and maintain SQL, SAS, Tableau and Python code.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Master's degree / Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a STEM related field
- 5+ Years of experience in Data Science / Quantitative Modeling /Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/NLP in the financial industry/market and knowledge of the financial products, advanced econometrics in finance.
- Good experience in Python, mastering different techniques and models for AI/ML/NLP
- Strong Mathematical/statistical skills by using SAS/R/Python/SQL/Tableau, especially any related NLP models, (i.e.) NLTK, spacy, NLU etc.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts or methodologies :Linear/logistic regression, statistical models, clustering, decision tree and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM , Random Forest, Boosting, text mining, NLP, etc..
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Experience using cloud services: Azure or AWS etc.
- Chabot, Chabot Ai or Knowledge about GBT is desirable
