Job Title: Mixologist
The mixologist will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality drinks to our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, in accordance with the restaurant's standards and recipes.
2. Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and drinks using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques.
3. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
4.. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses and utensils, all equipment is in working order, polishing glassware, and ensuring the bar is well-presented at all times.
5.. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of alcohol, maintaining cleanliness of bar tools and equipment, and following proper food handling procedures.
6. Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients and supplies.
7. Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth and efficient service to guests.
8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and reconciling cash drawers.
9. Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or upscale bar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, including classic and contemporary recipes.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service with grace and efficiency.
-TABCcertification or equivalent responsible alcohol service training is preferred.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
