Mixologist/Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing cocktails for our customers. Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked at all times
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments using cash handling techniques
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to handle cash register transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
