What does a Restoration Project Manager with Dry Pros do?
Restoration Project Managers work with owners, adjusters, and Office Administrators after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As an RPM you will be on the scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production teams to complete. You will build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations from start to finish.

Premium Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Property damage restoration and structural drying experience of 3+ years.
  • Property Damage Restoration Project Management Experience 1+ years.
  • Estimating experience (ex. Xactimate) preferred.
  • Ability to clearly deliver facts and peace of mind when property owners need it most.
  • Proficient in using cloud-based project management software.
  • Career-focused and ambitious.
  • Excellent planning and presentational skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
  • Must exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit by consistently seeking new opportunities to add value to the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of restoration protocols for fire, water, and mold remediation.
  • WRT/ASD IICRC certifications preferred.
Role on the Team (Job Functions).
Meet operational objectives of Gross Margins & Brand Experience - Clearly communicate expectations with involved parties - Profitably scope estimates sign projects to get started - Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements with Office - Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit - Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule. - Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA’s - Seek partnerships to improve performance of the team - Project Execution - Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors. Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, and requirements of the scope of work - Customer Satisfaction-Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience. Compile and resolve priority list items. Perform final walk-through with the customer. - Pursue generated leads and sell services to potential customers who have suffered a fire/water loss.
Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment is required to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and occasional heavy lifting.
